PURCHASE PROCESS
The two processes involved in purchasing through our website are described below.
1. Access.
There are two ways to access the site: purchase after registering as a user or purchase as a guest.
• User registration.
The customer registers by filling in a form with their personal and payment details. They register and sign up to our system with an email address and a password determined by MERINO GOURMET.
This data is sent securely using an advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layers) security system.
• Guest.
In this purchase mode, only the information essential to process the order will be requested.
Once the purchase process is complete, the customer will be offered the option to register as a user or continue as an unregistered user.
2. Shopping cart.
The customer adds the products they wish to purchase to their shopping cart.
3. Order processing.
Once the item selection process is complete, the order is confirmed, and the customer is required to identify themselves.
This phase is carried out in a completely secure manner as it is integrated into our secure server.
4. Order confirmation sent.
Finally, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer by email.
USER REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Interested users may request a user account free of charge by completing the registration form. The request cannot be sent if the interested party does not read and accept the terms of use and does not complete the required fields.
It is understood that each of the fields on the form must be accurate, precise, and true. In addition, the participant agrees to keep their information in the registration section up to date.

The user will receive a registration confirmation email and the assigned password (which can be changed by the user) at the email address provided. Receipt of the request implies express acceptance of the conditions established by the entity.

The email account and password of the registered user are personal and non-transferable.
The user undertakes to diligently safeguard and keep the password secret.
It will be the responsibility of the registered user to take due care to prevent access and/or use of the services available to them by third parties who access or use their identification code.
The registered user shall be solely responsible for the choice, loss, theft, or unauthorized use of any identification code or password and for any consequences that may arise therefrom.
The registered user must notify MERINO GOURMET as soon as possible of the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of their password. This notification must be made in writing to our address or by email to our address.
The aforementioned notification shall also be required when the user has a mere suspicion of such events. In such cases, MERINO GOURMET shall proceed to cancel the registered user's account, without prejudice to the user's right to restart the registration process.
The registered user may at any time immediately cancel their registration as a user, without such decision being retroactive, by notifying us in writing at our registered office or by email, identifying themselves as a registered user with their access code.
User registration implies their express and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions set out in the Legal Notice / General Conditions / Data Protection of MERINO GOURMET.
PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices of the products displayed on the website include applicable VAT.
Payment method
Customers may use Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, Discover, and UnionPay (UPI) credit, debit, prepaid, or virtual cards as a means of payment, as well as Google Pay, Bizum online purchase, and bank account payment services. American Express cards or Apple Pay can also be used if the merchant has a partnership agreement with them.
DELIVERY TIMES, DELIVERY METHODS, AND SHIPPING COSTS
Shipments are made via express courier service. The customer will receive their order within a maximum of 96 hours after completing the purchase and confirming payment.
Shipping costs for any order not exceeding €100.00 will be fixed at €8. For orders exceeding €100.00, shipping costs will be free of charge.
Delivery times may be affected depending on the customer's geographical location and the territorial distribution of the transport company, as well as the volume of the order or the availability of the product for large volumes.
RETURNS POLICY
If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of return, provided that the product has not been opened or tampered with. This period shall be calculated from the date of receipt of the purchased goods by the customer.
To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the product has been received and its condition checked, the amount received will be refunded using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of notification of the decision to withdraw.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or error on the part of MERINO GOURMET.
WARRANTY
MERINO GOURMET guarantees the quality of the product, in accordance with legal terms.
Defects caused by negligence, impact, improper use or handling, etc. are not covered.
In cases where the use of the warranty is appropriate and justified, MERINO GOURMET will opt to replace the item with a new one.
The warranty will lose its value in the following circumstances:
If any of the information on the warranty or proof of purchase is modified, altered, or replaced.
If the identification number is tampered with, such as the guaranteed item itself, without the knowledge of MERINO GOURMET.
TAXES
The purchasing system is subject to current legislation. The prices of the products displayed on the seller's website include applicable VAT.

MERINO GOURMET may contain links to other websites and third-party materials. These links are provided for informational purposes only, and MERINO GOURMET has no control over the content of these websites or materials. Therefore, no liability will be accepted for any damage or loss arising from their use.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer undertakes at all times to provide accurate information on the data requested in the user registration and order forms, and to keep them updated in future orders.
The customer also undertakes to accept all the provisions contained in these terms and conditions of purchase. Likewise, they undertake to keep their personal access codes to the private area of the store confidential and with the utmost diligence.
The customer agrees to enable delivery of the order by providing a postal address where it can be delivered during normal delivery hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.). In the event of non-compliance by the customer with this obligation, the seller is exempt from any responsibility for the order or its delivery to the customer's address.
